Four County Players

Put on your dancing shoes and join us Friday, July 3 at 7:00PM for A Salute to Swing: An American Big Band Bash, a fundraiser dance and concert at Stonefire Station across the street from Four County Players in Barboursville.

Come shimmy, shake, jump, and jive to classic jazz, swing, and standards performed by a stellar band and some of your favorite local singers. Featured performers include Tricia Belan, Geri Carlson Sauls, Dick Orange, and Gary White, as well as Holly Heilberg and Carol Rullman joined by Tricia Belan as “The Delights.” Producer and Band Director Leo Mallek’s all-star band includes: Charlie Bocook, Haywood Giles, Brian Hamshar, Wayne LaFleur, Tom Merlo, Tim McNamara, Mark Morgan, Jim Niederberger, Greg Vaughn, Steve Sanford, Warren Shaw, Dick Stageberg, and Larry Swift.

Tickets for this fundraiser are $25 each, and include hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks. A cash bar is available. In addition, there will be a silent auction with amazing items from all over the region! All the evening’s proceeds will go to benefit Four County Players, Central Virginia’s Longest-Running Community Theater. Call 540-832-5355 for tickets!
